EOC CapabilityStatement Instructions DRAFT EOC PWS **THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS** The U.S. Department of Education's (the Department) Institute of Education Sciences (IES) requires a study of an information strategy to increase participation in postsecondary education among individuals from low income families and those who are potential first generation college students. It focuses on the use of messaging targeted toward clients of Educational Opportunity Centers (EOCs) regarding college enrollment activities and deadlines. The EOC program is one of ED's TRIO programs. The period of performance shall consist of a 19 month Base Period and a 56 month Option Period. If the option period is exercised, the anticipated contract will have a total performance period of 75 months. Interested parties are encouraged to review the DRAFT EOC Performance Work Statement (PWS) for full details regarding the scope of work in its entirety; as well as, submit the information requested in the attachment titled "EOC Capability Statement Instructions". Information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice (inclusive of capability statements) may be used to assist the Department in finalizing its acquisition strategy. Small Businesses in the various socio economic categories are strongly encouraged to submit responses.
