Description

Solicitation Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO 22), 4811 Airport Plaza Drive, Suite 600, Long Beach, CA, 90815, has a requirement for Grease Trap Drainage and Floor-drain Preventive Maintenance Services. The Government intends to fulfil this requirement with a base and four option year firm fixed price contract. This procurement is an open market small business total set aside under FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Contractor shall have the ability to provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to perform the required services at VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS), 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA, 92161 and VA Aspire Center, 2121 San Diego Ave, San Diego, CA 92110. In order to afford all offerors equal opportunity to observe the physical characteristics of the job site, a one-time site visit will take place on Wednesday January 13, 2016 at 09:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. Offerors shall meet at the main lobby of VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) at the Information Desk. The offerors are responsible for providing their own transportation from site to site. The offerors are required to RSVP via e-mail at edgar.alvizar@va.gov no later than Wednesday January 13, 2016 at 7:00 a.m. PST with "Site Visit RSVP - Grease Trap and Floor-drain PM Service" on the subject line. All questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer via e-mail at edgar.alvizar@va.gov no later than Thursday January 14, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. PST. Offers to this solicitation shall be e-mailed no later than 08:00 a.m. PST on Tuesday January 19, 2016 to the attention of Edgar Alvizar at edgar.alvizar@va.gov with "Solicitation Offer - Grease Trap and Floor-drain PM Service" on the subject line. Files should be sent in PDF format and no larger than 10MB or they may be automatically rejected by the server. Vendor shall expect a confirmation e-mail indicating offer was successfully received by the Government. Government is not responsible for rejected e-mails that exceed the e-mail capacity. Telephone responses shall NOT be accepted. Offerors shall submit their offers in accordance with the attached solicitation.
