- ACCESS ROSTER Amendment 0001 Please refer to Amendment 0001 attached. A Site Visit has been scheduled. When: Wednesday, January 13th 2016 Time: 0900 Where: Contractors must meet the contracting team at the Walters Visitor's center located off of I-35 and N. Walters. Please fill out the posted spreadsheet titled "ACCESS ROSTER". This document must be provided to the POCs NLT: 12 Jan 16 at 3:00 PM CST QUESTIONS WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED AT THE SITE VISIT, THEY MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING. WE WILL VISIT FOUR BUILDINGS ON FORT SAM WITH SIMILAR VENT HOOD SYSTEMS AS JBSA RANDOLPH. CONTRACTORS WILL BE ESCORTED FROM THE MEETING PLACE TO THE FIRST SITE. ************************************************************************* Responses to Questions and Answers attached. Questions will no longer be accepted at this time. SITE VISIT PENDING. ************************************************************************* Please review the attached documentation concerning solicitation which includes Request for Proposal, Performance Work Statement, Wage Determination and Pricing Sheet. Request for Proposals are due no later than 19 January 2016 at 12:00pm CST. All questions must be sent to both Jorge Canavati at jorge.canavati@us.af.mil and Amber Molina at amber.molina@us.af.mil no later than 5 January 2016 at 12:00pm CST. Answers to questions will be addressed as an attachment in the solicitation. All questions MUST be clear and concise. Please ensure you complete all tabs on Pricing Sheet. There are a total of 5 ordering periods.
