- This Sources Sought Notice, SP0600-16-RFI-1006, is being issued for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy). DLA Energy is seeking to identify businesses that are interested in, and capable of providing ongoing fuel support for ground fuel requirements for Customer Organized Group (COG) 8 located in Oregon, Washington, Montana, and Idaho. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify qualified businesses, including the following: •· Small Businesses (SB) Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB) Woman-owned Small Businesses (WOSB) 8(A) Qualified Businesses Indian Incentive Program Businesses Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUB Zone) Small Businesses Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) Large Businesses The total estimated fuel quantity for the COG 8 Fuel Program is approximately 48 million gallons with 200+ line items. The fuel products sought are: Bio Diesel B20 (BDI) Ultra Low Sulfer Diesel (ULSD) (DS1) (UW) ULSD (DS2) (US) Red-Dyed ULSD #2 Grade (DSS) Red-Dyed ULSD #1 (DSW) Fuel Oil, Burner #1 LS (FL1) Fuel Oil, Burner #2 LS (FL2) Fuel, Ethanol (E85) Gas Oil, Marine (MGO) Gasoline, Regular Unleaded (MUR) Gasohol, Mid Unleaded (GUM) Gasohol, Regular Unleaded (GUR) Gasoline, Aviation (100LL) (130) Kerosene K1 (KS1) Jet Fuel, Type A (JAA) The deadline for responding to this Sources Sought Notice is 2:00pm Eastern Time, Monday, January 25, 2016. In responding to this notice, please provide the following: Your company name DUNS Number and CAGE Code Email address Phone number Type(s) of fuel that your company is capable of supplying State whether or not your company is a refinery If your company is not a refinery, provide the name, location, and DUNS numbers of your fuel supplier(s) List the states (OR, WA, MT, ID) that your company can supply List any socioeconomic/small business programs that your company participates in (e.g. Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Woman-Owned Small Business, etc.).
