- This is a Request for Information and Sources Sought Notice for Market Research purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTATION OR BID. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. The United States Property & Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for Montana is seeking information regarding capability and availability of potential small disadvantaged businesses in the 8(a) program to provide general program management and administrative staffing in support of the Montana Army National Guard (MTARNG) Recruiting and Retention Battalion (RRB) at Fort Harrison, Montana. Minimal travel may be required. Period of Performance is for 1 year beginning 1 May 2016. This requirement covers two positions a Training Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator services. A brief description of each position is provided below: The training coordinator is Responsible for tracking the training requirements for all Recruiters in the Battalion. Plans, coordinates and maintains the training requirements for the RRB to include forecasting and trapping seat requests for NCOES, MOSQ and all other ATRRS issues; Provides planning information to the Battalion as the Unit Training Plan is developed. The contractor shall provide Program Coordinator Services to the Recruiting and Retention Command at the Montana Army National Guard. Provide Program Coordinator IA marketing services to include graphic arts, budget management, equipment/supply maintenance and procurement, and develop promotional giveaways. Contractor shall also be the secondary marketing representative at all state and national functions. The USPFO for Montana is seeking qualified Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Section 8(a) that qualify under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes: 541618 - Other Management Consulting Service. The Small Business Size Standard is $15,000,000. This Request for Information and Sources Sought Notice is part of Market Research. Your responses are sought to identify potential sources that have the knowledge, skill, equipment, experience and past performance necessary to perform the aforementioned medical case management services. All interested, responsive and responsible contractors are encouraged to participate in this Market Research by submitting a response via e-mail to CPT Ben Neely, Contract Specialist at Benjamin.m.neely3.mil@mail.mil no later than 4:00 PM MST 29 January 2016. Responses should include the company name, address, contact name and title, phone number, e-mail address, business size and classification/certification under one of the NAICS Codes listed above, Commercial And Government Entity (CAGE) Code, Dun & Bradstreet (D-U-N-S) Number, and a list of your company's three (3) most recent contracts/projects of the same type described in this notice, if applicable. Please limit responses to four (4) pages or less. This notice does not constitute a request for a formal proposal. This notice is provided as information to the market place and is an invitation for an expression of interest and brief demonstration of qualifications to perform and deliver the anticipated requirement. The Government will not pay for the provision of any information, nor will it compensate any respondents for the development of such information.
