- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for the maintenance of all of the emergency generators at 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg, MS 39180. Competition is limited to eligible small businesses. The Government anticipates this solicitation will result in one award for one base year with four additional 12 month option periods for a maximum contract life of five years. This synopsis is in reference to the pending solicitation, W912HZ-16-R-0009. The solicitation will be available on or about 11 January 2016. The solicitation will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, www.fbo.gov. It will be the offeror's responsibility to frequently check the FBO site where the solicitation is to be posted for any amendments/changes to the RFP issue and closing date. Hardcopies will not be available. This procurement is limited to eligible small businesses under NAICS code 811310 with a Size Standard of $7,500,000.00. No technical questions will be considered prior to the release of the solicitation.
