Description

Network 11 Contracting Office intends to solicit proposals from offerors to provide Healthcare for Homeless Veterans Services for located in Peoria, Illinois for a period of March 1, 2016 through February 28, 2017 and two (2) option years. Network 11 Contracting Office anticipates issuing a solicitation on or about January 26, 2016. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from www.fbo.gov, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. NAICS Code is 624229, and Size Standard is $15 Million. The solicitation will be issued as Full and Open Competition. All responsible sources may submit proposals which shall be considered by the Agency. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) data base at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit that SAM website and register as soon as possible to avoid delays should they be selected for a contract award.
