Description

Amendment 2 to Solicitation FA2517-16-T-5000-inspect, clean and remove dirt, grease and paint from specific Hood and Duct Systems located in various buildings on Peterson AFB, Colorado. The Purpose of Amendment 2 is to: •a. a. Post Questions and Answers (Attachment 1) •b. b. Revise Performance Work Statement (PWS), Technical Exhibit (TE)-1, dated 8 Jan 2016 (Attachment 2). •c. c. Remove DFARS 252.271-7012-Liability and Insurance (Aug 2003) clause. •d. d. Add FAR 52.246-25-Limitation of Liability-Services (Feb 1997) clause. •e. e. Extend RFQ Price Template due date to 15 January 2016 (Attachment 3). Request for Quotes (RFQ) are due on or before 15 January 2016, 1:00 p.m. MST. Your quote must be in writing and signed by an individual with the authority to bind their respective company. It is the contractor's responsibility to confirm receipt of their RFQ information. All quotes may be either emailed, or mailed to the issuing office: Emailed to linda.waldroop@us.af.mil or tracie.winfree@us.af.mil. Mailed RFQ to 21 CONS/LGCAB, attention: Linda Waldroop, 580 Goodfellow Street (Bldg. 1324); Peterson AFB, Colorado 80914-1648.
