Description

The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 intends to award a sole sourced, firm fixed price follow-on contract for an Electronic Tracer System for Continuous Survey Readiness Compliance to Sterling Readiness Rounds. NAICS Code for this acquisition is 541519, size standard $27.5 million. The Government intends, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to negotiate with Sterling Readiness Rounds, 112 E 10th Street, Eudora, KS 66025. The contractor shall provide for an aggregated data collection tool to provide a standardized, structured and customized process linking it to the Joint Commission, Office of Inspector General (OIG), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Systematic Ongoing Assessment and Review Strategy (SOARS) and other Veterans Health Administration (VHA) requirements and standards in strict accordance with the statement of work, all schedules, and terms and conditions of the resultant contract. This notice is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received NLT 4:00 pm EST on January 13, 2016.
