Description

J&A Product Description Requirements Memo The Government intends to award a sole source contract for ORB Express Software License. The requested software can only be purchased from Objective Interface Systems, Inc. The software license is needed to support Apache Post Production Software Support. The Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) under the authority cited - The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the Government's intent to award a sole-source purchase to Objective Interface Systems, Inc. Any parties that feel they can meet this requirement should contact Cassandra Patton via email at cassandra.d.patton2.civ@mail.mil No later than January 18, 2016 at 11:30 PM (CST).
