- Delineated Area Map U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Florida City:Miami Delineated Area: North: Sunrise Boulevard from I-595 (West Boundary) to Nob Hill Road (East Boundary). South: NW 12th Street from NW 137th Avenue on the West to 107th Avenue on the East. East: Nob Hill Road (NW 102 Avenue) from Sunrise Boulevard on the North, running South to the Florida Turnpike, and continuing West along the Florida Turnpike to I-75. Continuing on I-75 South near Hialeah Gardens Drive where it connects to NW 116th Way and it then connects to NW 107th Avenue South, again continuing South on NW 107th Avenue South to NW 12th Street West: Sawgrass Expressway (SR 869) from Sunrise Boulevard on the North, running South to I-595 West to Okeechobee Road (US-27), continuing South on the Turnpike until NW 12th Street. See Attached Map Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,905 ABOA SF, including 9,061 ABOA SF of office space and 6,899 ABOA SF of warehouse space Maximum Sq. Ft.
