- The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will be hosting its 1ST Small Business Industry Engagement Day on February 17th 2016 from 9am -2pm EST at TSA Headquarters 601 S. 12th Street in Arlington Va. Program managers from various organizations within TSA will brief their respective contract portfolios to allow contractors to gain understanding of TSA's mission and contract requirements. After each presentation a question and answer period will be allowed. Due to building logistics and space this event will be limited. This event will be FREE and contractors which meet the following requirements will be invited to attend. Extensive past performance in Intelligence, intelligence gathering, Security risk assessments and mitigation, bio-metrics, security technology program management, human capital management, and large dollar acquisition management. If interested each small business must submit their capability statement, along with socio economic status (if applicable) and the names of their two attendees via email to the TSA Small Business Office; one submission per company. Space will be filled on a first come basis. The POC is Ms Nikisha Goins, nikisha.goins@tsa.dhs.gov. Capability statements and names must be provided NLT Jan 22nd 2016. Because of building entrance procedures and space only two individuals from each company will be allowed to attend. After review of capability statements by TSA, Ms Goins will confirm the invitation with the names provided. After confirmation no other substitution of names will be allowed. On the day of the event, individuals that were not previously confirmed will not be allowed entrance into the building or the event
