Description

This project involves site development and building shells. The work consists of earthwork; concrete foundations, slabs, and walls; structural steel framing; insulated walls; insulated single ply membrane roofing; and incidental related work. General facility size information is as follows: Site Development: 22 acres B3020: 3,210 with 940 SF mezzanine; 39 FT low side eave B3030: 7,200 SF; 18 FT low side eave B3040: 14,950 SF; 22 FT high side eave typical; 30.5 high side eave for 1250 SF Construction documents will be available on or after 02/28/16. Bid package fee is $200 and must be made via e-mail request to the contract officer - Lisa Wildman at Lisa.Wildman@orbitalatk.com. Bid package fee must be paid via check to Alliant Techsystems at the address where the work will be performed - OrbitalATK 210 State Route 956 Rocket Center, WV 26726 A WV contractor license is required to perform work on this facility. All communication regarding this bid process will be communicated via e-mail upon request. Requests for bid package must be received no later than 2:00 on 01/27/16.
