- MD Industry Day List of Registered Companies Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), NIH Information Technology Acquisition & Assessment Center (NITAAC) is planning to solicit proposals for and subsequently award additional small business contracts for the Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners (CIO-SP3) Small Business Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) as a follow-on to the CIO-SP3 Small Business contracts awarded in 2012. CIO-SP3 GWAC contains a provision, Article H.14 "Ramp-on Procedures" that reserves the right of the Government to announce an Open Season to open the GWAC to new contractors. It has been determined that the need for additional small businesses exists. Thus, NITAAC will be soliciting for the following business categories: Small Business, 8(a), SDVOSB, and HUBZone. The Ramp-On Open Season will be published in Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps). The anticipated publishing date of the solicitation in FedBizOpps is February/March 2016. Please reserve your questions regarding the Request for Proposals (RFP) until the solicitation is released. Instructions will be provided in the solicitation regarding where to submit questions, and responses will only be provided to questions received in accordance with those instructions. In anticipation of the Ramp On solicitation, NITAAC will be holding four (4) industry days. The purpose of the industry days is to introduce and provide general overview of the CIO-SP3 Small Business GWAC.
