Description

Ship Model Project SOW Illustrations of Ship Model Case Enclosures Illustrations of Ship Model Base Replacement Overview The U.S. DOT/Maritime Administration (MARAD) seeks to procure a contractor to repair government-owned ship models and set up ship model bases and cases. The services will take place at the American Merchant Marine Museum (AMMM) at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA), Kings Point, New York. Evaluations The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: • Factor 1 - Qualifications/Experience • Factor 2 - Past Performance (Two (2) References) • Factor 3 - Price The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be deemed the lowest technically acceptable offer. Instructions • The procurement is a Small Business set-aside • Any proposal/quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not Small Business will not be considered for award • The government reserves the right to not award to any vendor not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of award
