- Draft Performance Work Statement RFI The Department of State, Arms Control, Verification, and Compliance Bureau's Nuclear Risk Reduction Center (AVC/NRRC) and the Political-Military Affairs (PM) Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (PM-DDTC) and Office of International Security Operations (PM/ISO), collectively known as AVC/NRRC-PM/DDTD-PM/ISO, seek to identify if small businesss are capable of providing the IT services described in the attached documents to include data management, file ingestion, translation of files from foreign language to English, application support, data sharing, data operations, and data infrastructure. Please refer to the attached RFI and PWS documents for additional information and instructions on how to respond to this notice.
