- Pricing Schedule SF1449 Request for Quotation, including Statement of Work (Section C). Pre-proposal meeting and site visit: The Contracting Officer will conduct a pre-proposal meeting and site visit for the requirement specified below at the Network Enterprise Center, Building 56, 56 Chaffee Road, Fort Bliss, TX on Friday, 29 January 2016 at 09:00 AM local time for the purpose of answering questions regarding this solicitation. Potential offerors interested in attending must submit the names of all attendees (not to exceed 3) to the Contracting Officer via e-mail prior to 22 January 2016 to ensure access to the military site/conference site. If no responses are received the meeting may be cancelled without further notice. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is W91RUS-16-T-0014. This solicitation is a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Request for Quote (RFQ) IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-86. (iv) This is an unrestricted acquisition. The applicable NAICS code is 517110 and small business size standard is less than 1500 employees. (v) The contract line item numbers and items, quantities and unit of issue are outlined in Section B of the attached SF1449 Request for Quotation. The contract scope and requirements are described in the Section C of the attached SF1449 Request for Quotation. The SF1449 and Pricing Schedule are available under the "Additional Information" link below. (vi) This Request for Quote is for back office local exchange services to the Fort Bliss, TX Dial Central Office, to include a variety of local circuits, including Primary Rate Interfaces (PRI), Commercial Subscriber Lines (CSL), data point-to-point circuits, and direct-inward-dialing (DID) numbers. (vii) Performance Periods: Installation/Cut-Over (CLIN 0001) - NTE 180 days. Base Year (CLIN 0002) Option Year 1 (CLIN 1002) Option Year 2 (CLIN 2002) Option Year 3 (CLIN 3002) Option Year 4 (CLIN 4002) (viii) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (viiii) Provision 52.212-2, Evaluations, applies to this acquisition. (x) Offerors are encouraged to complete all Representations and Certifications electronically at the System for Award Management website located at URL https://sam.gov/.
