SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs Coatesville VA Medical Center, 1400 Blackhorse Hill Road, Coatesville, PA 19320 is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources to provide annual Preventative Maintenance (PMs) and Load-Bank Testing for emergency generators. This announcement is issued for informational planning purposes only and is not a request for proposal or announcement of a solicitation. Submitting information for this announcement is voluntary and participants will not be compensated. The purpose of this market research is to identify capable sources of providing annual Preventative Maintenance (PMs) and conduct Load-Bank Testing for: 1.Cummins M# DQ-QAB 133 7896 S# I130567479 13.8KV 1825A located at 74A 2.Cummins M# DQ-QAB 133 8154 S# I130567480 13.8KV 1825A located at 74A 3.Stewart and Stevenson M# Spectrum 250DSE S# 6R-0601543 277/480V 250KW located at Bldg. 14 Boiler Plant 4.Stewart and Stevenson M# 220DSE No S# 120-480V 200KW Portable located at 138 Hospice 5.McGraw-Edison M# SFTA I870929377 240V 3Ph. 3w Delta 200 KW located at Bldg. 63 south pump station at west side of Coatesville HS The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811310 and the small business size standard is $7.5 million. Capabilities Statement and Documentation: Firms/Companies are invited to provide their capabilities, experience and knowledge in the provision of the PM Emergency Generators (Cummins Brand) requirement. Sources are asked to provide information to demonstrate their answers to the following items of information: 1.Company Name, Address, Website, POC, and POC Phone Number. 2.The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811310 and the small business size standard is $7.5 million for this type of effort. Based on this information, please indicate whether your company would be a Large or Small Business, and provide the average amount of sales for the last three (3) years. 3.Provide a statement indicating capability to perform PM and Load-bank tests on Cummins brand generators. 4.Provide a summary of firm's capability to perform this requirement. 5.Provide a description of the type of table used and a summary of the advantages. 6.If firm's services are available on a GSA FSS, please provide the Schedule Number. In addition to a Capability Statement which provides the above, submissions can include specifications, brochures, and manuals as attachments.
