- The Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisition Operations Group, Denver, Colorado, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with FrontRange Solutions USA, Inc. for 2016 HEAT Maintenance & Support Renewal and Heat Self-Service Maintenance & Support for a period of one year. Maintenance and support shall consist of the following: Product Updates patches/releases), ITSM Self Service- online submission of enhancements, issues and support incidents, 2 Knowledge Base, Manuals, Technical Documents, FAQ's, Whitepaper, Access to Online Support, Access to HEAT Software Support Desk via e-mail, Toll Free Telephone Technical Support, Emergency Telephone Technical Support for down-systems (via pager system; 30 minute response time). The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.. Responsible sources may submit technical capability statement along with business profile to Contract Specialist, Mai Dailey at mdailey@usbr.gov by 11:00 AM MT, January 19, 2016, which shall be considered by the Agency. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future of same or similar requirements. The Contracting Office reserves the right to pursue the sole source negotiation or complete the requirement based on information received. Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice will not be accepted since THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES.
