- A3 Air Space & Range Support Performance Work Statement This is a Pre-Solicitation/Synopsis notice in accordance with FAR 5.207 The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision and other items and services necessary (except as identified in the section identified Government-Furnished Property and Services in Paragraph 3.0) to provide support in the development of actions, meetings and regulatory requirements for products for Special Use Airspace, ANG Air Gunnery Ranges and Combat Readiness Training Centers. The Contractor shall ensure all work meets all applicable Department of Defense, Air Force, Air National Guard, and local regulations and requirements at all times.
