- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Miami, Miami Beach Delineated Area: North of S Dixie Hwy, South of NW 71 st St, East of NW/SW 22 nd Ave, West of Atlantic Ocean. Adjacent to or within very close proximity to intercoastal waterway. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,831 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,245 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 15 (Secure) Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Boat Dock (Reserved): 1 (Reserved) Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Boat launch and secure parking within very close proximity to boat launch. Offered space must meet Government requirements within the delineated area for office, secure vehicle parking, boat dock, boat launch, fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Miami, FL, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
