- JOFOC The IRS Office of Information Technology Acquisitions (OITA) negotiated a sole source contract for DynaTouch Kiosk Software Maintenance to DynaTouch of 9901 Broadway, San Antonio, TX 78217. The DynaTouch software maintenance is needed to support taxpayers finding services on IRS.gov using secure computer workstations. DynaTouch is the only vendor that is capable of providing this particular system. This action resulted in a Firm Fix Priced contract with a period of performance of: Base Year (POP 01/9/15-12/7/16, 1 Year) Option Year 1 (POP 12/8/16-12/7/17, 1 Year) Option Year 2 (POP 12/8/17-12/7/18, 1 Year) Option Year 3 (POP 12/8/18-12/7/19, 1 Year) Option Year 4 (POP 12/8/19-12/7/20, 1 Year) The NAICS code is 541511 and a size standard of $27.5m. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 6.302. This is a notice of intent to award using other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered a response. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Responses to this notice must be emailed to Andrew Greenfield at Andrew.J.Greenfield@ris.gov. All responses must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Thursday, January 28, 2016, and will be considered by the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Any responses received as a result of this notice, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. Responses will NOT be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon any written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
