- SOW REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) CON 170 TRAINING - OOP January 13, 2016 PROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Quotes must be submitted electronically to Pamela.Stokes@usdoj.gov and Custris.Davis2@usdoj.gov no later than 10:00am EST, January 21, 2016. No information or questions concerning this Request for Quote (RFQ) or requests for clarifications will be provided in response to telephone calls from prospective offerors. Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning this solicitation no later than 10:00am EST, January 19, 2016. The United States Marshals Service, Office of Procurement is requesting CON 170 Training located at: Law Enforcement Training Center 2000 Bainbridge Avenue North Charleston, SC 29405 Please provide responses in two (2) separate volumes, Technical and Price. Technical The CON 170 Training will consist of a ten (10) day, eighty hour comprehensive hands on Fundamentals of Cost & Price Analysis course of the entire acquisition process. In your response, please include a Course Agenda, References and any applicable certifications. The projected dates will be between late February to mid-March 2016 (10 total training days), for a maximum of 30 students. Standard training hours will be 8:00 am to 5:30 pm daily. All prospective offerors must be a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/porta 1/public/SAM/. ¬Price Quotes should be provided on company letterhead, single page with company name, logo, address, Point of Contact, contact info, etc.... Cage Code, DUNS Number, Tax ID number and GSA Schedule Number, Small Business Administration Program Certification & Eligibility, if applicable, must be included. The award will be made to the Lowest Price Technical Acceptable (LPTA). Failure to follow the directions of this RFQ may cause the proposal to not be considered.
