Description

The Government intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price requirements contract for part number R0168869 - Evaporation Coil Unit Cover, Right Hand Side and part number R0169039 - Evaporation Coil Unit Cover, Left Hand Side, to Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC), 11th Floor, 50 O'Connor Street, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, K1A-0S6, NCAGE Code 98247, who will subcontract 100% of the contract to General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS-C), 1991 Oxford St. E Bldg 15, London, Ontario, Canada, N5V-2Z7, NCAGE Code 56161. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP). The TDP is proprietary to the original manufacturer. All interested sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). Solicitation W911N2-16-R-0009 is expected to be release on or about (O/A) 29 January 2016 with a closing date O/A 1 March 2016. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date.
