- This is a Market Survey to locate potential sources to manufacture Communications System Control Unit for Blackhawk and Chinook Helicopters model C-6533A/ARC NSN: 5831-01-491-9407. The Government intends to award a five (5) year indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for a total quantity of 1260 units over the five year period. The Government is interested in any suppliers who can deliver at a monthly rate of 21 units. The Army does not possess a complete technical data package (TDP) because the TDP is proprietary to American Competitive Institute (ACI). Any sources capable of manufacturing the C-6533A/ARC must so indicate, by writing to Commander CECOM LCMC, ATTN: RDER-PRA-AB, 6007 Combat Drive 3rd floor, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005-1846. The response must demonstrate knowledge of the C-6533A/ARC including physical and functional interchangeability at the shop replaceable unit and line replaceable unit levels with the items that the current source supplies for C-6533A/ARC.
