- This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1670-00-454-0926 Personnel Parachute Harness Assembly. A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort. The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively. The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance. This is a FAR 15 effort. The below NSN has been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1670-00-454-0926 Personnel Parachute Harness Assembly Estimated Annual Demand is 184 each. Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 46 each. Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 184 each. Maximum Contract Quantity is 1,380 each. I/A/W Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, CAGE 98752 DWG 68J370, Rev G and Applicable Supports P/N 68J370 This Solicitation will be Unrestricted. Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources apply. Qualified Producer List (QPL) 6645 applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination I/A: Origin This is a Life Support as well as a Critical Application and Air Force Critical Safety Item (CSI). Export Control and Shelf Life Restrictions apply. Government First Article Testing (FAT) and Textile Testing apply as well. Delivery is 90 days for the Textile Sample, 65 Days for the Testing and Evaluation, 180 days for the First Article Sample, 65 days for Testing and Evaluation, and 195 days for the Production Quantity. The Total Required Delivery is 595 days. SURGE is not required for this procurement. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). Solicitation issue date is February 3, 2016. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
