Description
This procurement is only available through AAI Corporation, dba Textron Systems, 124 Industry Ln., Hunt Valley, MD 21030-3342 under the authority of other than full and open competition, 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR subpart 6.302-1(a)(2). Only One or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources and no Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This proposed contract action is to incorporate requirements for FY16 One System Remote Video Terminal Engineering and Technical Services Task #11 including Spectrum Re-Allocation in support of Unmanned Aircraft Systems. It is anticipated that this requirement will be Cost Plus Fixed Fee, awarded via modification to contract W58RGZ-13-C-0016 for a performance period of 12 months after contract award. Additionally, this proposed contract action is subject to funding availability. All responsible sources may submit a quote to the email address in this notice. All submissions must be recieved by February 3, 2016. The proposed contract action will be for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submitting a proposal. However, all proposals received by the response date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
