- NSN 1680-01-388-1489, Solicitation SPE4A7-16-R-1499, PR 0060768275. This proposed Definite Quantity Contract is for a Cushion, Seat Back. Requested quantity is 490 EA. The end item application is the Blackhawk, UH-60. The procurement item description cites CUSHION ASSEMBLY, SEAT BACK. BAE SYSTEMS PROTECTION SYSTEMS 54786 P/N 101351-1. This procurement is Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. This procurement is FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 175 days ARO.
