- The US General Services Administration requires office space for the following leased office space requirement in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Minimum ANSI BOMA Office Area (ABOA): 9,019 ANSI/BOMA Useable Office Square Feet (ABOA) contiguous on a single floor. Maximum 10,372 ABOA SF. The space and property must be able to meet Government Fire/Life Safety specifications, must be in a modern high quality, well located building with nearby public transportation and amenities, and outside of the 100 year flood plain. The building and space must be able to accommodate Government security specifications to be determined. The space must be located on the ground floor, and if not, in a building with at least two operating elevators available at all times. The lease will be full service. Other Government requirements will be addressed at a later date. Geographic area boundaries in Milwaukee, WI: North: National Ave. East: Lake Michigan South: Layton Ave. West: 27th St./Layton Blvd. Proposed use: Office Space Expressions of Interest due: 2/16/2016 before 4:00 p.m. EST Estimated Market Survey date: Week of February 22, 2016 Estimated date that Request for Lease Proposals will be issued: March 14, 2016 Initial Offers Due: April 11, 2016 Anticipated Award date: July 1, 2016 Estimated Occupancy Required: March 1, 2017 Occupancy: 2017 If interested, please respond to the Lease Contracting Officer with the following information by February 16, 2016: 1. Address of Property. 2. Photo of Property, premises plan, marketing brochure, site plan, and other descriptive information, including asking rates. 3. Owner of Property with contact information. 4. If the submitter is representing the property as a broker or consultant, provide a letter from the owner of record authorizing submission. 5. Public transportation routes, stations, or stops.
