Description

The Network Contracting Office 17 intends to award a firm-fixed price with economic price adjustment (FFP-EPA) contract in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, to fulfill the requirement consisting of Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (red). This award will be for a base year and will include two (2) one-year options. The ordering period of performance for the base year will be 1 February 2016 to 31 December 2016 and the option years to follow shall be from 01 October of the current year to 30 September of the following year. The overall quantity of Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (red) to be ordered during the base ordering period is 100 gallons to 3,000 gallons. The subsequent option years would require the same quantity of Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (red) as the base year. PLEASE SEE STATEMENT OF WORK. The NAICS code is 324199 and the applicable business size is 500 employees. This procurement action is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued by this office. Potential offerors are solely responsible for downloading their copy of the solicitation.
