- Justification & Approval for Secure Logix Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Immix Technology, Inc., 8444 Westpark Drive Suite 200, McLean, VA 22102 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requriements." This requirement is for the purchase of the Secure Logix ETM Upgrade for the Marine Corps Base (MCB) Telecommunications aboard Camp Lejeune, NC. The Secure Logix ETM Upgrade is manufactured by Secure Logix, Inc. to be used with the Government owned system which was designed specifically for the MCB Telecommunications Division, Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC. The system must be upgraded in order to maintain compliance with USMC directives and JITC certification. Upgrading the system required upgrading part of the hardware and the system software as well, but must continue to function in order to provide firewall that provides enterprise wide protection of the pre-existing telephone networks. Secure Logix, Inc. maintains proprietary rights to this item for the specific MCB Telecommunications system aboard Camp Lejeune, NC. A formal solicitation was not developed but the informal Request for Proposal (M67001-16-T-1045) will be provided upon request. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the agency. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 3:00 PM ESDT, 25 January 2016, via email.
