- 0108 16 GPO371008 21005-1848 58 US Army, CECOM, Logistics and Engineering Operations Directorate, APG, MD 21005- 1848 58 -- Market Survey for the repair and overhaul of the AN/GRC-245 radio and its components N/A N/A 020816 Tony Lui, Electronics Engineer, 443-395-6177 Sources are being sought with the capability of repairing the AN/GRC-245 radio and its major sub-assemblies, and RECAP/Overhaul of the AN/GRC-245 Radio Frequency Unit, and the Base Band Unit. The Government plans to issue a 5 year IDIQ contract commencing in 2017. Please see the attached parts list The Government does not own the drawings or technical information for the AN/GRC-245 radio system. Unique Identification will be required for the specified items. All interested sources must provide proof of experience and success in repair and overhaul of the AN/GRC-245 radio with documented evidence that the proposed repaired spare will work in the radio system. Interested sources shall also include a plan to mitigate obsolescence. All information received will be evaluated. Interested sources should contact Mr. Tony Lui, US ARMY CECOM, ATTN: AMSEL- RDER-PRC-CM, APG, MD 21005-1848, tony.c.lui.civ@mail.mil. The Government will not reimburse interested sources or responders to this notice for any information received and any costs incurred in responding, or for subsequent exchanges of information. Information submitted does not constitute a proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, but will be considered an exchange of capabilities and ideas.
