- Cell phone solicitation SF-1449 Cover letter cell phone solicitation The Embassy of the United States of America is issuing a solicitation for cell phone services for the American Embassy The Hague, The Consulate General in Amsterdam and 3 offices outside the Embassy. The anticipated performance is for one year base year and two one-year periods at the option of the Government. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in the second coming periods. Mayor duties and responsibilities are to provide cell phone services for the Embassy. System of Award Management (https://www.SAM.gov) registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207 and prospective quoters are encouraged to register prior to the submittals of quotations. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered. No electronic quotations will be accepted. Please mail your quotations to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice prior to the response date and time.
