- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract modification to BAE Systems Information and Electronic, Nashua, New Hampshire. The proposed modification to Contract N00019-15-C-0038 will procure eight OE-120 Antenna Group Production Units and the Associated Technical Data. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. The Government does not intend to use the provisions of FAR Part 12 for this action. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is Title 10 U.S.C., 2304(c)(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.230-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
