- CS3 Section M Amend 04 CS3 Section L Amend 04 CS3 Section J Attach J-16 Amend 04 CS3 Section J Attach J-4 Amend 04 CS3 Section G Amend 04 CS3 Section C Amend 04 CS3 Section B Amend 04 Q&A Part 4 CS3 Amend 04 SF30 This upload represents Amendment 04 to the Request for Proposal (RFP) #QTA0015SDA4003 for the Complex Commercial Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Solutions (CS3) acquisition. The purpose of this amendment is to provide (i) currently complete answers to questions received from prospective offerors; and (ii) amend sections of the RFP resulting from Amendments 01 through 04, including Section J Attachments J-4 and J-16. (This amendment excludes other amended Section J Attachments.) Subsequent amendments will provide additional answers to offeror questions and amend specific sections of the CS3 RFP as appropriate. The closing date for receipt of proposals is changed from February 1, 2016 to February 16, 2016 at 4:30PM Eastern Time.
