- Combined Synopsis Solicitation Solicitation Number: W912HQ-16-T-0007 - Request for Quotation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2015-86 Effective 01 Jan 2016. The requirement is set aside 100% for small businesses and the associated NAICS code is 541611 for Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. The size standard for this NAICS code is $15,000,000. Description: This requirement is for the contractor to provide preparation for meeting design, facilitation of meetings and workshops in support of the National Flood Risk Management program objectives to include activities to coordinate across the agency internally, as well as in support of external interagency coordination. The performance work statement covers the planning and facilitation of meetings and workshops needed to support programs and policies related to effective flood risk management and complete the USACE commitments to internal priorities as well as interagency initiatives. Date, Time, and Place Offers are Due: The closing date for the delivery of a response to this combined synopsis/solicitation is on or before 1:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), on Wednesday, 03 February 2016. All questions regarding combined synopsis/solicitation W912HQ-16-T-0007 must be received in writing at the e-mail address listed below no later than 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Monday, 25 January 2016 in order to allow the Government time to review and respond accordingly. Questions received after 1 pm EST on 25 January 2016 are not guaranteed to be answered prior to the solicitation closing date. Quotes should be e-mailed or mailed to the Point of Contact shown below by the closing date and time. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure the electronic quote is acknowledged by the Government. If Quotes are mailed, an electronic version of the quote (i.e. CD, DVD, etc.) should accompany the paper copy.
