Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole-source Award under the authority of FAR 6.302, to Craic Technologies, Inc. for maintenance of its QDI 2000 MicroSpectroPhotoMeter; the projected amount for 5 years is $66,196.75. Craic is the sole-qualified supplier of service & support for this equipment. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard of $20.5 million dollars. The award resulting from this requirement will be pursuant to FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTATIONS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. If your firm possesses the ability to provide these goods/services, at the designated location, submit technical literature showing your capability of meeting the Government's requirement by the close of this Special Notice.
