Description

The Network Contracting Office 4 intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with MCKESSON CORPORATION; ONE POST STREET, 19TH FLR, SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94104-5252, to purchase 60 EA NITROPRESS 50 MG/2 ML VIAL in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than 1/25/2016 C.O.B. Responses should be sent to jesse.rumbel@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. Information received will be for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
