- Marion Draft PWS Sources Sought Mowing, Janitorial, Park Cleaning, Herbicide Application, Buoy Maintenance/Inspection and Tree Maintenance W912BV-16-R-0070 This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The Tulsa District, US Army Corps of Engineers desires to procure the services of a qualified company to provide Mowing, Janitorial, Park Cleaning, Herbicide Application, Buoy Maintenance/Inspection and Tree Maintenance at Marion Reservoir, Kansas. The period of performance will be a one 1year Base and 4 1-year options. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes- it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/ Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue any of the aforementioned items. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to a contract for any supply or service. Unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought will not be accepted. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future solicitation if any is issued. If a solicitation is issued, it will be synopsized on the Government wide Point of Entry (Fed Biz Ops). It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Government wide Point of Entry for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 with a size standard of $7.5M. In response to the sources sought, please provide: 1. Company name, point of contact, phone number, email address, Cage code. 2. Identify whether your company is interested in competing for this procurement as a prime contractor or not. Identify subcontracting, joint ventures or teaming arrangement that will be pursued, if any. 3. Information in sufficient detail regarding previous experience (indicate whether as a prime contractor or subcontractor) on similar requirements (include size, scope, complexity, timeframe, government or commercial), pertinent certifications, etc., that will facilitate making a capability determination. 4. Does your company possess the capabilities to provide the entire range of services discussed in this RFI? If No please provide specific capabilities that you intend to provide? 5. Identify how the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) can best structure these contract requirements to facilitate competition by and among small business concerns. 6.
