quote doc and clauses sf18 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested. Solicitation AG-52B1-S-16-0010 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), to furnish and deliver a 20ft rotary mower according to minimum specifications to the Midewin National Tall Grass Prairie, Wilmington, IL. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423820 and the size standard is 100 employees. Quotes will be submitted to: Roger Manning, USDA Forest Service, 811 Constitution Ave, Bedford, IN 47421. NO FAX QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED. E-mail quotes are preferable at rkmanning@fs.fed.us. Quotes must include vendor's TIN (Tax Identification Number) and DUNS number. Vendors must be registered in SAMS (www.sams.gov) Quotes must include a completed copy of (FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, paragraphs (c) through (m).
