- THIS SOURCES SOUGHT HAS BEEN RE-OPENED. The responses to this Sources Sought Notice will be utilized to determine if any Small Business Set-aside opportunities exist. All Small Business Set-aside categories will be considered. Additionally, this posting is provided to supply additional information to include the instructions regarding the process to receive classified information. The deadline for submissions to this Sources Sought has been extended to February 12, 2016. In order to receive classified information pertinent to this Sources Sought, responding parties must submit an official request for the information to the contracting office. This request must include the responding party's CAGE Code and a point of contact to include contact name and phone number in order to receive any classified information. Once received, the document should ship within 24 hours, pending all the information in the request supports the delivery and storage of classified information. Classified information is not sent out on Fridays or the day before a holiday. The planned contract action will, among other things, require the contractor to deliver supplies and furnish services that support a minimum five (5) ship-sets of hardware which includes two (2) development labs, two (2) test aircraft, and the initial support assists required for software integration and test (I&T). The deliveries will be phased over the program integration schedule as follows: 1) Lab grade hardware for continued software I&T; 2) Aircraft grade hardware ruggedization to support environmental testing; and 3) Secure Computing hardware completion for final software and security I&T. The actual number of units will be dependent on the contractor's design approach (e.g., One large server computer or three smaller server computers could meet the requirements). The Government will be evaluating the responding party's ability to perform the development, design, and initial manufacturing under this effort.
