Solicitation Number: VA10115R0161 Notice Type: Modification/Amendment Synopsis: Cape Girardeau, MO Outpatient Clinic (OPC) Notice: This is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this notice. Respondents are advised that the Government assumes no responsibility to award a lease based upon this notice. Description: The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) conducted a Market Survey on June 18 -19, 2015 and September 3, 2015, in Cape Girardeau, MO, to identify qualified properties, considering both existing buildings and land sites, for a 43,000 Net Usable Square Foot Outpatient Clinic (OPC). The properties toured met the preliminary criteria of the advertisement and were located within the delineated area. The following is a list of sites that were deemed acceptable by the evaluation team and will be considered for this procurement. VA will not tour additional sites. This publication is for informational purposes only. See future notices for required responses, including the future solicitation, which will be posted on FBO.gov RESPONDENTS ARE ADVISED THAT VA ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY TO AWARD A LEASE BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT and THE GOVERNMENT WILL PAY NO MORE THAN THE APPRAISED FAIR MARKET VALUE FOR LAND AND FOR RENTAL SPACE.
