- Mental Health Consultant BJCC Mental Health ervices-2016 The Brooklyn Job Corps Centeris a federal funded vocational and education training program that serves young adults between the ages of 16 and 24 years old. The program is open year round and both centers are operated by Res Care, Inc. for the Department of Labor. SCOPE OF WORK It is expected that the Mental Health Consultant will be required to provide twelve (12) hours of on-site qualified licensed Mental Health Professional Services per week. The services to be provided include, but are not limited to, diagnostic and valuation services, limited forms of psychiatric treatment including crises intervention as needed, brief psychotherapy, intermittent supportive psychotherapy and group psychotherapy. Referrals and provide guidance, direction and training to Center Staff for students as well as working directly with the Center Director and Health & Wellness Manager to maintain the policies and procedures for the Brooklyn Job Corps Health & Wellness Center. PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS Bidders should respond to the above solicitation by the COB on February 28, 2016. All interested parties must call Ms. Rosalba Vargas to either request a bid package and/or schedule a walk through by February 26, 2016. Bid packages will also be distributed at walk through by Ms. Rosalba Vargas. REQUIREMENTS Current License as Mental Health Consultant in New York. Current Resume Proof of Current Insurance Liability Professional References Must be in compliance with all local, state and federal guidelines and regulations Control Substances Registration Certificate (DEA Certificate) Satisfies the requirement of the New York Department of Professional Regulation Board Must be registered on the SAM.gov Website Must complete Vendor Packet.
