- SOLICITATION NOTICE. The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Navajo Regional Office, Engineering and Technical Support Division, Safety of Dams, in Gallup, New Mexico, has a requirement for rehabilitation of Red Lake Dam, Navajo, New Mexico, on the Navajo Indian Reservation. AMENDMENT NO. SIX (6) is issued as follows: 1. To disregard Amendment No. Five (5). Amendment No. 5 is a duplicate of Amendment No. Four (4) and processed in error. 2. Amendment No. 6 is to extend the due date for proposals to February 5, 2016, Friday, 4:00 p.m. MST. 3. To incorporate the Red Lake Existing Outlet Structures drawing into solicitation. Attachment No. 22. 4. To incorporate Question Set No. 1 (One) with 48 questions and the Government's responses to the solicitation. Additional questions and responses will be posted this week. The contractor is to provide all equipment, labor, materials, tools and other incidentals and execute all work necessary to perform the construction of the work described above. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Total Small Business. The estimated project magnitude is more than $10,000,000. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Federal Business Opportunity website at http://www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net for status of solicitation and amendments, if any. All interested parties must be registered with the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov).
