- W912CJ-16-T-0011 Lodging, Wichita, KS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for lodging and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation W912CJ-16-T-0011 is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13 All quotes shall be submitted by email no later than 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on February 1, 2016. All quotes received after this due date and time will be considered late in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f). Offerors are required to submit, as part of their offer, a signed agreement between Offeror and hotel that itemizes all items and requirements being provided by hotel. This requirement does not apply to hotels or businesses that are providing the rooms themselves, i.e. not subcontracting out for the rooms. An offer requiring the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel shall be deemed technically unacceptable. The offeror shall perform to the terms, conditions and standards in this contract. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-86. Only emailed requests received directly from the offeror are acceptable. The NAICS code for this requirement is 721110 with a size standard of $32.5 Million. SUMMARY: 1. Contractor shall provide lodging for 290 personnel in accordance with solicitation from 05-21 FEB 2016 as follows: * 05 FEB-06 FEB - 180 pax (90 double rooms) * 06 FEB-09 FEB - 210 pax (105 double rooms) * 09 FEB-17 FEB - 50 pax (25 double rooms) * 18 FEB-21 FEB - 210 pax (105 double rooms) 2. INVOICING: Offeror that is awarded please do not invoice for any item under the contract until after completion of event by following the instructions required for electronic submission of invoices in the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) site at https://wawf.eb.mil and corresponding WAWF Clause. Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer through Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS). 3. System For Award Management (SAM) Registration is required in order for an offeror to receive a Government contract, so interested offerors are highly encouraged to register. For more information on this requirement, please go visit https://www.sam.gov. If you were registered in CCR and ORCA, your organization's information is already in SAM. However, you are required to set up a SAM account and migrate your CCR roles. 4. Offers will be evaluated as identified in FAR Clause 52.212-2, incorporated into this solicitation. 5.
