- Description
- Draft PWS for Chemical Supplies and Services Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires chemical supplies and services. The Contractor shall be responsible for all chemical supplies and services for all United States Naval Ships of MSC and any other vessels specifically identified by MSC during the term of this Contract. MSC owns and operates approximately 125 ships, including steam turbine, gas turbine, and diesel engine propelled vessels. These vessels fulfill such varied missions as underway replenishment, oceanographic research, cable repair, and dry and refrigerated cargo support. Throughout the period of performance of this contract, new ships will be introduced into the MSC fleet, ships will undergo life extensions, and ships will be retired from service life. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement is provided detailing the scope of this contract, CDRLs available upon request. 2. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE/DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS: The contract award date is anticipated to be 29 November 2016 and the contract will have a base and four option years. 3. MARKET SURVEY RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS: Interested vendors are requested to provide the following information: a. Name of Organization, DUNS number, and CAGE code. b. Telephone/Fax Number, Address, Name and Email address for the primary point of contact. c. Provide a brief overview of your company's capabilities. d. Provide a description of relevant projects your company has completed related to the subject matter of this market survey, including the name, size, type, and point of contact of each organization. Also include a brief discussion of the solutions, outcomes, and results of the projects. Provide government contract number if applicable. e. Additional comments or questions about the specifics of this requirement and draft Statement of Work.
