- SYNOPSIS AMENDMENT 0001: N00164-16-R-JQ21 - BINOCULAR NIGHT VISION DEVICE (BNVD) - FSG 58 - NAICS 334511 Anticipated Issue Date: 21 MAR 2016 - Anticipated Closing Date: 05 MAY 2016 - Time 3:00 PM EDT This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use the FBO site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following four (4) drawings as synopsis attachments: ATTACHMENT 5 - 12712-5500 rB, ATTACHMENT 6 - 12712-5501 rB, ATTACHMENT 7 - 12712-5502 rB, ATTACHMENT 8 - 12712-5504 rB. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to the FedBizOpps website.
