Description

Medical Clinic Replacement - Industry Forum The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District has a requirement to provide the Design and Construction of a Medical Clinic at Fort Knox, Kentucky. Congress has authorized the construction of the new Clinic as a FY16 Military Construction (MILCON) project at Fort Knox, Kentucky. The DD1391 includes scope for 101,627 square feet of new construction, site work, and new construction of utilities and pavements, connection to the existing Central Utility Plant, site improvements, access roads, parking, and environmental protection measures. All the medical personnel and associated operational functions which currently occupy the existing Ireland Army Community Hospital (IRACH) will be moved into the new facility once it is complete. IRACH will be subsequently demolished as part of this project and this demolition is included in the scope and costs associated with the DD 1391. A forum will be held on Thursday, 4 February 2016 at 1:00PM EST at the Ron Mazzoli Federal Building (Room 11 - Basement) in Louisville, Kentucky. All attendees will be required to check-in at 1:00PM EST.
