- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE --This is a notice of the Government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on sole source basis to Bear River, Inc. under authority of FAR 13.501(a),Sole source (including brand name) acquisitions. Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate intends to award a two (2) month firm-fixed price bridge contract to the incumbent Bear River Associates Inc. 14th Street, Suite 300, Oakland, CA 94612, to continue integration and implementation services for the Integrated Tracking System (ITS) Modernization. Bear River Associates, Inc. (Bear River) is the sole contract provider for maintenance and support of the Washington Headquarters Service (WHS) Integrated Tracking System (ITS) and its components. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519 with a size standard of $27.5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however interested parties may identify their interest and submit a capability statement for this requirement by 4:00 PM, EST on January 28th, 2016 by email to crystal.j.broadnax.civ@mail.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
