- This is an expression of interest for market research purposes. Expressions of interest shall be submitted only by the property owner, property owner's exclusive listing agent, or other authorized agent of the owner with the exclusive right to offer on the owner's behalf. Expressions of interest by parties other than the property owner shall include the building or site address, owner's name and address, and written statement from the property owner documenting the exclusive right of the party expressing interest to respond on the owner's behalf. Submission shall include, but not limited to: 1) Building description, including but not limited to: parking, elevators, loading dock, location of public transit relative to building, and amenities 2) Description of square footage available, including amount on each floor plan 3) Floor plan of typical floor plate 4) Site plan, if applicable 5) Date space is available 6) Listing rate and inclusions Delineated Area: North: Route 140 starting at Dolfield Blvd to I-695 to Rte. 146 South: Rte. 100 East: Rte. 2 starting at Rte. 100 extending through Brooklyn Park at 2nd St. to Rte. 1 to Rte. 45 (Greenmount/York) to Rte. 146 West: Dolfield Blvd. South to Lakeside Blvd. to Painters Mill Rd. to McDonough Rd to I-795 to I-695 to Old Court Rd. to N.
